Interim CSU Nondiscrimination Policy
On August 1, 2024, the CSU enacted the systemwide Interim CSU Nondiscrimination Policy . CSUDH adheres to this policy, which contains definition of prohibited conduct as well as the process for responding to complaints, including investigations, informal resolutions, and referrals.
Responsible Employee Reporting
All employees, including student employees, of CSUDH are considered to be "responsible employees," meaning that they are required to inform the Office or Equity and Inclusion about all allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, including sexual harassment, sexual violence, and gender-based misconduct immediately unless you are designated as confidential (licensed therapists, doctors, and sexual assault advocates serving in these roles at CSUDH).
